We have checked the photos you had provided, and have confirmed that
there is indeed paint defect likely to have been caused during
the manufacturing process.
For replacement of product, we would usually need to return
the product to the manufactuer in order to receive a replacement.
This would not be much problem for customers within Japan,
but for customers outside Japan we are unable to cover for the
shipping cost for you to return the product to us.
However, this would be very unfair for you, so we would like to
offer you compensation for the paint defect.
Judging from the photos, the level of defect is not critical
(i.e. no broken leg etc.) so it would be difficult to offer you
a full compensation.
As such, we would like to offer you 2400 (nome del sito) points,
a 1/3rd of the product cost worth for the paint defects.
